Coiltech has developed and manufactured coils for more than 60 years. We meet high quality requirements and have experience from a variety of different industries.

Quality is a very important success factor. We focus on customers' needs and expectations so that we can live up to their requirements. In order to meet our high quality objectives, the entire chain must function in both production and administration. We therefore work in a process-oriented manner with well-documented procedures and follow-up of all elements of our business.

Our quality work covers a number of sub-processes governed by our general Quality Policy, which for example includes check of suppliers, traceability, penetration tests, hydrostatic tests and motor tests, as well as final inspections.

Safe and efficient production
Our production has a clear quality management with the possibility for follow-up and checks at all stages. All components are marked to verify that they have been tested and approved. The customer can, if he wishes, read our internal test results.

5S provides order and clarity
Our working method is governed by 5S, a programme including following steps: Sorting, Systemising, Setting in order, Shining, Sustaining and Standardising. This work permeates all activities and leads to higher productivity, fewer faults, better delivery precision and a safer workplace.

Documented quality
Our high quality is a benchmark for our reputation. All manufacturing units are certified according to the quality system of ISO 9001:2000.
